The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training starts at the beginning of every month and the course runs a recommended 12 weeks. You can complete the course in less time or you can take up to one year to complete the requirements for certification but we recommend a consistent effort that allows you to complete the course in no more than four months. Our focus with this training is to ensure you are equipped to effectively apply the skills you've learned to positively impact improvement within any organization. You will leave the training more skilled, marketable and valuable, due to your ability to sucessfully lead six sigma projects that realize significant cost improvements.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Course Description
The Lean Six Sixgma Green Belt Certification program we offer is designed to teach the Lean Six Sigma fundamentals and provide you with the tools, ability and confidence to move forward as a sucessfull improvement project team leader. When you complete certification, you will have demonstrated your understanding of the Lean Six Sigma methodology and how to utilize the tools to achieve improvement.
Our training is delivered in a two pronged approach. One part is the self paced portion where you will watch pre-recorded modules that cover the material. The second part of the training is a compliment to the recorded sessions where you will participate in live, classroom training. The live, interactive classroom training will provide you the reinforcement of the concepts learned in the recorded modules, while you work through examples, problems and work with the insutructor on the tools and applications and how they fit to your own six sigma project.
Classes begin the first week of every month. Prior to starting the class, you must have a project selected to work on that we review and approve or you can choose to work on one of our simulated projects. In order to achieve certification you must be able to apply the techniques learned to real project and follow it through to sucessful completion. We want you to move forward from this certification with the ability to impact an organization with signifcant improvement, not just a certificate. You will be given pre-coursework to complete prior to the begining of the classes. Once classes begin you will be given access to the recorded modules for up to one year. The recommended progression of the modules is as follows:

During the 12 weeks of classes we will have a 90 minute live class scheduled each week. The purpose of the class is to review the material covered in the modules, review your projects and answer any questions you may have.
This time frame is recommended. You can move faster or you can take up to one year to complete the course. If you take up to one year, you still have access to instructors for support and guidance on your project and related questions.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Description
Our certification process is a combination sucessful completion of two facets of the program. You must pass the five quizzes and the final exam with at least a 75% correct on both. The quizzes will be multiple choice and are 20 questions and the final exam is a 100 multiple choice exam. In addition to becoming certified you must sucessfully complete a six sigma project and submit it for review by our staff. We will not issue you certification without the completion of a project. If you do not have a project to work on, you can use one of our simulated projects that will enable you to apply the techniques learned and manage a project through completion.

Included in the cost of the class will a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt primer along with multiple additional attachments will six sigma tools.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Software
With the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training and Certification class you will receive a free copy of statistical software that will enable you to conduct the basic descriptive statistics along with hypothesis testing, ANOVA and regression analysis.
